Transcript for "Power Up: Product Release Webinar":
Hey everyone, welcome to the Housecall Pro February 2026 product release. Thank you for being here. My name is Chris Nordenson. And if we haven't met yet, it's nice to meet you. I'm one of our community managers here at Housecall Pro. Today's event is special because this release is not just a collection of new features, it's a direct reflection of the conversations we've been having with you. The requests you've submitted, the feedback you've shared, and the real challenges you're solving every day in your business. This entire release is your feedback in action. These updates were built with you, tested and shaped by the same pros who use Housecall Pro day in and day out. So what you'll see today isn't theory, it's what happens when your feedback turns into real product improvements. We're excited to walk through what's new with you today. Here's what you can expect from the session. We're going to dive into the newest Housecall Pro product updates with live demos. So you can see how these tools work and how they show up in your account. You'll hear expert tips directly from the product managers who built these features, the same teams who worked closely with you to bring these ideas to life. And later, you'll hear real stories from pros who already are using these updates, what's working, what's making a difference, and how they're putting them to use in their businesses. A big reason we're able to make these updates and offer releases like this is because of our Housecall Pro community. A lot of this feedback comes directly from our Facebook community where over 30,000 pros connect, ask questions, share advice, and talk openly about what they need from the platform. It's also a place to connect with other pros, whether that's meeting people in your area, learning from businesses that are similar to yours, or hearing how others have solved the same challenges that you're facing. Pros use the community to swap ideas, get quick answers, share what's working and learn from real world experiences, not just from us or our software, but from each other. Many of the updates you'll see today started as conversations in that community. And if you're not part of it yet, we'll be sharing a link so you can join us. It's one of the best ways to stay connected, learn from other pros and have your voice heard. And one important thing to keep in mind as you're watching today, many of the features we're demoing are already available in your account. Almost all of the updates we're showing you are actually free, no cost, so you can start using them right away. And if you have questions as we go, feel free to drop them in the chat. Our product managers are here, and our community team is also here, and we'll have time at the end for a live q and a. Also, you'll receive a follow-up email with today's recording and links to explore these features further so you can revisit this recording at any time. And with that, we are going to jump into the product updates. Each demo will be led by a product manager who actually built the feature. They'll walk through how it works, why it was created. So let's get started. We're kicking things off with payments. We've heard a lot of feedback around flexibility and giving customers more ways to pay. So Renee, I'm going to hand it over to you to walk us through Klarna. Hey, everyone. My name is Renee, and I'm excited to walk you off through Klarna today. All right. So what is Klarna? So Klarna is a buy now pay later payment method that allows your customer to immediately pay an invoice in interest free installments while you get paid in full upfront. So we're super excited to make this payment method available to you and your customers. So let's get started. So right now I am in invoice settings, and this is where you'll go to manage your payment method options. And this is where you can see whether or not Klarna is currently turned on or off for your customers to make a payment. Right now it is toggled on and what that means is that when you send an invoice, your customers will see Klarna as an option at checkout. When I toggle it off here, Klarna will not show as an option, as a payment method at checkout. So right now, let's toggle it back on. Let's say I am the pro and the job has just completed and I am ready to send the invoice. And you could see here, you know, perform the service, ready to send the invoice. So I'm gonna send the invoice over to the customer. And you can see here that, you know, when I am at the invoice, I can review my payment options and you could see that Klarna is currently checked as an option here. And what that means is that Klarna is turned on and will show up as an option for your customers. If you wanted to turn it off or check, kind of manage those settings, you would have to go into invoice settings. Right now we're currently building out the feature so that you can toggle Klarna on or off within the specific invoice itself, but that will be available soon. So keep an eye out. So I'm going to send that invoice over to the customer and say, I am the customer and I am waiting for this invoice, say I've received the invoice here, now I'm gonna make payment on that invoice. And here I am taken to my customer portal where I am here at the checkout page, I can see Klarna as a payment option. I can make payment with Klarna. I am redirected out of Housecall Pro's hosted environment into Klarna's environment here. Here I have the available payment plans And do note that each payment plan will vary based off of your customer and the specific invoice that they're paying. And say here, as a customer, I would like to pay in for, I see a little summary that Klarna provides for me here along with the payment schedule, and I'm gonna mark pay. I am redirected back into HousecallPro's hosted environment, so I'm back in the customer portal. And now this is how I know that payment has been successfully made. And say, you as a pro, your customer let you know that the payment has been made. Do a quick refresh here. Now my job is completed, my invoice has been paid and I could verify that through my payment history tab here, it shows us Klarna and also within my activity feed. And that's it. Thanks, Renee. Now let's turn our attention to pricing, specifically recurring discounts in the price book. Champagne, welcome. I'm gonna hand it over to you. Thank you, Rachel. Let me just share my screen. Okay. Hi, everyone. I'm Champagne, the product manager for PriceBook here at Housecall Pro. Today, I wanna walk you through recurring discounts, a feature built specifically to help cleaning pros increase repeat business and build customer loyalty without manually adjusting pricing every time. In cleaning, repeat customers are where your margins and predictability improve. The challenge is incentivizing customers to book recurring services without creating extra admin work for you. So in house Call Pro, we're going to navigate to the price book, and we have a centralized location for discounts. And so on the left hand side, you'll go to discounts. And from here, you'll see all the different discounts you have access to, like standard, recurring and service plans. But today we'll be focusing on recurring. We give three different default recurring discounts available weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, which also translates to weekly, biweekly, or monthly. From here, you're able to edit and you can create a percentage based or a fixed dollar amount discount, and then you can go ahead and enter in the type that you want. We also have an extra feature on here to exclude discounts on the first visit. So this helps if for those recurring cleans and those first time customers where you schedule your first customer and you want to charge them the full rate that first time clean, but then you want to be able to give them that discount and incentive for when they book on a monthly, weekly or biweekly basis. And so this allows you to create one job, make it recurring, and then be able to dictate where you want that discount to be applied. And so once I set all of that up here, I'm going to go ahead and create a new job. In creating this new job, you want to make sure you have your customer entered. You want to make sure that you add your line item. So this is just a pricing form here that we can go ahead and add some items here. And then you'll see here that we have this discounts line item. Go ahead and click on that, and this is where you have your options to create a new discount. New discounts allow you to create what exists today, which is those one off discounts. You can pull your standard discount, But for today, we'll go ahead and select recurring. And if I have anything entered in here, I'll show that. So for this instance, we'll go ahead and create a weekly discount with 10% off after the first job. And after saving that, you'll see two things. So first, you're gonna see that banner that's gonna be a reminder for you to initiate the actual discount and schedule for the recurring jobs. So that just helps you not to be able to forget that you wanna actually create this as a recurring job to be able to promote your business. And then in the discount line item, you'll see here on the right hand side that the discount is zero dollars today because we applied that exclude discount on the first visit. This is that first job, and then it shows you the total discount that will be removed from the remaining balance for any future occurrences. And so the next step that you want to do is go ahead and schedule your call or schedule your job and then make sure you go ahead and set it on the day and then click it as repeat. And then on here, we wanted to give you reminders too of the different discounts that you have to offer based off of the recurring frequency. We know customers are very fickle and go back and forth between wanting to know the price if they were to go from a weekly to an every two week basis. So this here just allows you to get that set up. Just know that if you clicked weekly first and then you go and move to every two weeks, you wanna update that on the original discount line item. But for this, we'll go ahead and select weekly, and then we'll end this after a couple of occurrences and then save the job and create. So what this is doing here is this is creating that first job that you scheduled it on and then creating those recurring instances. And so as we go down and we click on recurrences, you'll see here that we have those recurring jobs set. If we scroll down below, you've got that weekly discount set up with the $0 because this is still that first time clean. And then let's say we want to go to a future job. This is that second job that we have for that weekly basis. And then we now see here that we have that discount here at $4.07 being removed with that total. And so with discounts, this doesn't just help you. This encourages customers to commit to recurring schedules. It allows you to lock in repeat revenue, improve retention, and reduce churn. So instead of reacting to customers asking for a deal, you proactively designed your recurring pricing strategy. You're not lowering your pricings. You're really incentivizing consistency with your customers. Thank you. Thanks, Champagne. Really cool to see the new recurring job page. Alright. On the topic of managing repeat work, this next update is sure to make your life much easier. Sarah is ready to show us how to create new recurring jobs seamlessly. So we'll hand it over to Sarah. Thanks, Rachel. Hi, guys. I am the product manager on our scheduling team and excited to walk through some updates today on recurring jobs. So this will build off of a lot of what Champagne just walked through, but in a new flow. So our goal here was to help make it easier for you to set up your recurring work all in one place. Previously, you might have had to create a job, go to the schedule page, or even go back to the customer profile if you wanted to set up different billing rules. So what we're gonna do or what we have done is created a new recurring job option in the new drop down or if you are on the calendar, it would be there as well. Like I said, the goal with this is really to just consolidate everything that you need to know about the recurring work onto one setup flow versus having to bounce around. So as you can see, this looks very similar to what you're used to on the new job page with some slight differences. So I'll go ahead and get this set up, the pricing form. And then you'll notice the primary difference is this giant scheduling card that exists on this page versus having to click out, to the schedule. It will allow you to set up your recurrence right here versus, yeah, going this route that Champaign walked us through. You still have the option to do this if you need to see visually on the calendar where to place it, but this information is now available both on that new page and from here. And so we have that as well. You can set that up. It'll display your discount like Champagne just went through. It'll show you the price after the first job, and then you'll have all of the same scheduling features that you're used to right on this page. You can leverage find a time to find availability, and set that up right here. So that's the primary difference to just bring that schedule front and center, and then lastly, a new billing card. So what you're used to today is if you create a recurring job, it's always gonna be set to bill after each job is completed. But if you're working in more commercial or have high volume residential customers, if you wanna do auto invoicing, that allows you to set it up right here. Again, with the goal being, like, you didn't have to go back to the customer page to set up auto invoicing. You don't have to click out to the schedule to set it as a recurrence. So, yeah, all of all of the same information you're used to packaged up, more nicely into one place. And then once you click save recurring job, everything will be the same from there. So the goal here, just get it easier to set up, but the output allows you to see what you're used to with recurring jobs, everything that you just created still available. And, we're really excited about it. We have a lot of good things on the horizon for recurring jobs, and this is just our first step in making it easier to set up and manage recurring work. Thank you. Thanks, Sarah. Now we're gonna move into reviews and your company's reputation. So this update makes it easier to showcase customer feedback where it matters most. Anna, let's see what you got. All right. Hi, everybody. I am Anna. I'm the product marketing manager for reviews here at Housecall Pro, and I'm excited to be here with you today. So we've heard a lot of feedback about our reviews feature. Trust me, guys, we've heard it all. Don't worry. But I'm excited to show you one of the updates in the direction that hopefully a lot of you'll be really excited about. And to start off with, I'm showing you actually a new look to our reviews tool that you will all get within the next few weeks. I'm very excited about this. But reviews is a great place already. So right now you can see all your reviews in one place from Housecall Pro, Google and Facebook. You can reply directly to your reviews. You can use the write it for me if you'd like help with that. You can use it, edit it, whatever you need. And you can also manage a few of your settings right here if you'd like to. What I'm going to show you is actually in your larger review settings over here. So this should feel normal to you. A lot of settings are here. You can connect Facebook or Google. You can configure when your review requests go out right here. And the new setting that I'm going show you is this website widget. So this is brand new. You can preview exactly what this widget will look like. So you can embed this directly on any website that receives HTML code, but you can edit what it looks like. And as you edit it, it will actually be updated live so you can see everything that it will look like. So you can see all reviews displayed. So you can first see all reviews if you'd like to for full transparency. That's your good, the bad, the ugly, everything you have in one place. Or you can do a featured review right here. So if you only want maybe three stars or higher, if you really only want to highlight your five star reviews, or if you really, really want control, you can actually feature every review that you'd like to be seen with on the review dashboard. So you just hit that star and then it'll show here. So whatever settings you'd like, you can make that happen. You can also highlight your business reviews or you can turn them off if you don't want that. I definitely recommend showing your business reviews as that shows that you really care about your customers. It shows that you're involved, that you're going to respond to them. I think that's a great thing to have on. Save that whenever you're ready, and then you can see this code snippet right below. So if you are working with a developer, you can just send that over to them, or if you manage your own site, you could just ready to drop it in into whatever website you have. If you have a Housecall Pro website, just message your rep and they will get this added to your website very, very fast. But anyway, instead of just looking at code, let me actually show you a real website. So this is actually a Housecall Pro website, so you get a little peek of that, but this will look very similar on any website. You scroll down. Here we go. All right, this is what it looks like. So as a customer, I am able to look at this, see only specific reviews if I would like. I can look at all of them. I can sort it, newest, highest, whatever it looks like. But instead of telling your visitors that you're a five star business, you can show them with this. It's huge because when someone lands on your website, they're usually deciding between you and one or two other competitors, so this is a great opportunity to really highlight yourself in the best light. The reviews widget builds instant credibility, reduces hesitation, and increases the likelihood they book with you, all while giving a purpose for those house call for reviews that many of you haven't liked in the past. So finally, there's a purpose. Thanks so much, everyone. Hopefully, you like the new Website Reviews widget. Thanks, Anna. Our pros have said they want more control over their calls and how they're handled. That's what this next update is all about. I'm going to hand it over to Jillian, and the floor is yours. Thanks, Rachel. Hello, everyone. I am the product manager for all things inbox. I'm excited to share with you a few new features. Today, I'm gonna show you two new updates to make your communication easier and more actionable. The first one is called custom call reasons for voice and then the second one is our block list for chat. These features will help you handle your voice reports more efficiently and then keep spam out of your inbox. So let me share my screen. Alright. So for for the first feature called custom call reasons, our pros have told us that our system call reasons don't necessarily match their business and how they run their business. So now you're able to create, manage, and update your own call residence so that you can make your reporting more effective. You're able to add new ones like new job inquiry or emergency repair. And then each of those can be added to a specific call, tagged as a sales opportunity, and then those will flow through to reporting to better understand which calls are driving revenue. So in your settings in your settings under communications and then voice, there's a new section called call reasons. You'll see all the system ones here, but you'll also be able to create a new one. So I'm gonna create a new one called new job inquiry, and I'm going to classify it as an opportunity call so it shows up in reporting correctly. Click create. And then when I go into my inbox and when I'm in the intake process on a call or I'm managing calls afterward, I can now tag those calls with that call reason. New job inquiry. Save that. And now my call log is updated, and these all flow through to reporting as well. So under voice and call reason, you can see all of the call reasons and then the new ones that get added here. You're also able to archive them. They won't show up anymore in the drop down, but they will still show up in your reporting. The next feature I want to demo is our block list for chat. So our pros have reported that they want the same spam controls in chat that voice already had. So now you can block unwanted calls and be able to unblock them, mark them as do not service, so you don't get new chats and new calls in from those blocked numbers. So back in communications in settings, you have your phone numbers, but you also have this block list. So I'm able to add numbers here to block them and then no chats or calls will come in from these numbers. Additionally, in chat itself, you're able to go into a chat and click block number and then I won't get any chats or calls from this number anymore. I can also mark it as do not service so my office staff know to not contact them as well. And it'll show up here, and I'm also able to unblock. So just to quickly recap, our custom call reasons gives you control and clear reporting on calls, and our block list for chat makes it easier to manage your inbox and keep it free of spam. That's it for me. Thanks. Thanks, Jillian. Next, we're going to dive into communication, one of those requested areas for improvement. This update focuses on helping you respond faster and stay connected with customers. And Andre is going to walk us through it. Andre. Thanks, Rachel. Yes. Hey, everyone. I'm Andre. I'm a product manager for CSR AI and I'm excited to share with you a couple of new features. CSR AI settings where you manage all of your configurations and how CSR matches your brand and also how CSR can now answer website chat as well, not just voice calls. Along the way I'll also highlight some important improvements to make CSR smarter, more reliable and with new features such as the booking fallback. Let me share my screen. All right, so the first thing I want to show is CSR settings, pros have told us that they want more transparency and control and how CSR represents their business, what information it has and how it talks to their customers. So we basically brought everything into one place, into an intuitive settings for CSR settings where you can manage all of that. So you go to your settings, team permissions, navigate to CSR AI and this is where you land. The first tab is permissions, that's where you basically decide where CSR can reply to your customers and as I mentioned we'll cover website chat in a bit but you can basically have the channels that it answers here. This is where you also basically assign permissions to CSRI so you can just decide if you wanted to like cancel appointments and to reschedule appointments to existing customers or any call or chat from CSRI will be at least a notes only interaction. So CSR will take notes and you're going to be notified but then you can also allow CSR to actually make some actions here. This is where you can set up your on tech call or your phone number for CSR to escalate calls to a number of your choice or you can also leverage our HCP assist reps to be that fallback for CSR. The next step is the knowledge base and this is where, you know, just providing that transparency of all the things that CSR can have access to. So it basically reads into your company profile, access your service area, available services. An important call out here is that these are not all of your price book items. These are the services that you marked as online booking. So that CSR basically follows the same structure as online booking, all of your booking settings such as, you know, hours and range, like if you want to book unscheduled or scheduled or a start time zone and things like that. And also if you have your customer intake FAQ. And then finally on the customization tab, this is where you kind of like match CSR to your brand and tone, you can basically click like a list of different voices here and you can also play them. I don't know if this is going to show but you can play this here as a sample and then you can also adjust like scripts for both the phone and the chat. And then once you basically configure your CSR the way you like it, you can then go to this test CSR AI and then you can play around and see how CSR is matching all of those configurations. Same thing, the audio is coming through but you can test it out yourself. So this is it about settings and then we're going to jump right in into website chat. It's basically like a new channel that CSR now has available to answer. And let me show you what this would look like on your website. As an example, you have like our website chat widget here. And when enabling this, you have this link to the help article that helps you add that widget to your website. Once you have that, you can just toggle on and enable CSRI to respond to your chats. I have just a split view here so you can see the test account that I have here. So let me and then I'll I need phone number because it's a test, and then I'll just get my code here. As CSR is talking to your customer, you're not gonna be, seeing that real time. So, hey, notice that the communication doesn't show up here in this list yet, but once CSR either wraps up the call or the chat, sorry, or, it needs some human help, then it would invite the pro and then you're going to have access and it's just going to have like a summary for you. So I have This is basically asking from FAQ as well. So full address, let's move on to three more. Three d. Totally random here. Okay. Friday, February 20. Let's do afternoon. Alright. It's basically patching the availability of the approval line item in question that's related to the no heat and then also the technicians that are available for that specific line item. Okay, plug in is set. Thanks. So we'll see it CSR wrapping up and then the chat is going to show up to the pro here. So we go back to the screen. There you go under test is the customer. You can see the entire thread now and then how CSR handled your customer and then you have this summary that CSR has it here for you and then let's go to the schedule and see if that was actually put it on the calendar. There you go, it's a 2PM for Andre and the address that was provided. And as I said like you have the access here, you're going be added to the chat as soon as this interaction happens. And then just calling out some of the upcoming features of the upcoming features for CSR AI, we are creating some configurations to allow pros to define if CSR does not find the exact match of that service because you know, the way that you describe your line item or perhaps the way that the customer described the issue is too generic or too specific, we are going to give options for PROS to say, hey book some generic appointment anyway or like you know send a request to my calendar or create a task. So we're evaluating some options and we're going be running by pros too for the feedback. And then also we are improving the models that CSR has to even match those services in the first place. So it finds the exact service more often than not. The other thing that's also coming is that we are going to expand this experience that you just saw on Website Path into like all text based services, right? So all of your job inbox integrations Thumbtack, Angie, all of those, we want to basically expand the CSRI to all of those services. And then the final one is pricing forms. So some pros price, you know, with pricing form structures, so like number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, or how big is your yard and things like that. We are going to add that capability for CSRAI as well to be discussed with your customer. That's it for CSRAI. Thank you. Thanks Andre. Next up, we've got something for your number crunchers. We're moving to accounting, specifically accounting AI. This update was built to help simplify workflows, save time based directly on what we've heard from pros who are managing their own books. Charlie, let's see what you got. Hey, everyone. My name is Charlie. I'm a product manager at Housecall Pro focused on our financial features. For those who don't know, Housecall Pro has accounting. So if you want to keep everything under one platform, one login, maintain your books. And we have a dedicated bookkeeping team that they're assigned to you and they help look at all of your financials and make sure that month to month, quarter to quarter, year to year, you are all up to date and ready for tax season. Tax season is on everyone's mind right now. So this is a great option for those of you to take a look at. One of these specific features we've been working on is accountant AI. This is an AI that's available to you 20 fourseven to help you understand what's going on within the accounting product. To get there, you're going to go to the right chat and you're going to go click on your AI team. You can see all the members that are available to you if you go click there. But let's say I just want to understand what are some outstanding tasks I need to confirm. Periodically within the accounting product, we'll have some we'll sign you some tasks for specific transactions or documents that we need to get a little bit more context on to make sure your books are 100% up to date. So you can see that the accountant kind of pulls up for you a list of here's some things that you need to take a look at. I can also go to those over here and see the same list. Let's say that I did some business travel and I want to understand how I should categorize that Southwest transaction. You can ask the accountant that and it's going to give you a little bit of guidance on how you should think about categorizing these. And then once you do that, I'm going just copy and paste this right here and then confirm. And then that's pretty much it. So the account helps you move quickly through your to do list. Make sure that your books are up to date. This is something that we are that's currently available to all of our accounting pros. We are actively expanding the accounts capabilities, his ability to understand what's happening under the hood, your profit and loss statements, things like that. And we're also expanding it to other pros outside of accounting so that it has more financial awareness and can help you understand how your business is performing. So that's it for Accountant AI. Thanks, Charlie. Next, we have some mobile updates that focus on making it easier to manage jobs and share galleries on the go. We're gonna hand it over to David and Amit to join now. Alright. Hello, everybody. I just wanna make sure that I am unmuted. In fact, it looks like I am. I'm David Ganzi. I'm on the product management team, and I am one of the mobile app product managers here. So I'll be walking through the new jobs list feature. It's available now, by tapping on the jobs card in the dashboard of your mobile app. I'll just scoot down here. You see jobs with a little graph. I tap on this. You'll see this new jobs list. What this is really doing for folks is, you know, we've heard consistent feedback that keeping track of jobs or finding one particular job can be a challenge. But luckily now there's one place to view and search all of your jobs, even when you're on the go. And in this new jobs list, admins can see all the key job info that you might want to know, like jobs number, the dates and time, the status of that job, and even the ticket size. Also, you can see customer names. So it's easy to kind of browse through here, scroll and see what's most important. You can search by customer name or job number. I'll show you here if I'm searching for someone named Mandy, it will populate and show all the jobs related to her. And I can tap into one particular job. This is the job detail view. I'm able to kinda manage the job, do any action that I would usually do here. I can go back and go back to the jobs list. Also, just FYI, we can also even just create a job quickly here so that we're able to manage all of our job actions and just expedite those. Really hope this is gonna be a useful feature on the mobile app side. Really excited about this. If you have any feedback, welcome to hear it. But otherwise, I'll kick it over to Amit for other mobile app updates. Sounds good. Thanks, David. Alright. So hey, everyone. My name is Amit, and I'm one of the product managers for the mobile app. And so today, what I'm gonna be sharing with you is a feature that we refer to as gallery sharing, which is basically being able to send your customers a link to a gallery of attachments directly from the mobile app. This is something that exists on the web, but we wanna make sure that it was available on the go to. So I'm gonna run through this real quick. And so right now we're looking at a job with several attachments on it. And one thing that I wanna just point out right off the bat is that this feature is available on jobs, estimates, checklists, and in the customer profile, basically anywhere you might be uploading attachments. So what we're gonna do at the beginning here is tap on select in the top right. And then once we tap into one of the attachments, you'll see this bottom sheet open up where we see email and text. This is where you can go to then go on and start sending these attachments to customers. But we're actually gonna back out for a second. You can also do a long press on each of these and that it opens up directly. So a little bit quicker. So we go through, select all of these attachments. And now that I've selected all of them, one other thing that I wanna point out is that there's a few different attachment types here. We've got a PDF, we've got a video and we've got photos. You can send kind of whatever attachments are relevant to your customers. If you go over here to text, we have a prefilled text sent out that you can send over. And then if you go to email, then it's automatically populated with the emails associated with that customer. And then you can add additional emails if you want to. So there we'll take one off. The subject is also customizable. So we'll go test as well as the email body. So we'll actually send this one to me. Then you go ahead and then tap share and it's off to your customers. Now we can also take a look at what it looks like from the customer perspective. They'll basically get an email with a link in it. And once they tap on that link, they'll get to this gallery and then they can go ahead and then tap on whichever attachments that they're interested in. And so if they want, they can go to the bottom left over there and download the attachment, zoom in a tiny bit more and all that. So, hope this is helpful and communicating with your customers. Thanks. Thanks, Amit. Wonderful to see all the new improvements on mobile. I'm now going to hand it over to HB to walk us through our last demo. Alright. Thanks, everyone. I am going to share with you all a new voice mode feature that helps you create invoices on the go using just your voice. But before I show you the feature, I wanted to share where this came from because it didn't start with us wanting to build some flashy AI thing. One of the things we hear constantly is that technicians and even, you know, owner operators and other admin when they're in the field, they hate doing the admin work. And it's not because people are lazy, it's because you're at the end of the day, you've worked so many jobs. It's 05:00. Maybe you're still at the customer's home. And the last thing you wanna do is type out all the notes on your tiny keyboard while maybe you're trying to remember all the things you did in the day. So trying to relieve this pain, we built this feature where you can talk to build your invoice. To help showcase the feature for you, I'm gonna have super pro Anthony Suha walk you through how he uses it. Alright. So we're gonna show you the new Haskell Pro AI feature. We're gonna create an invoice out of this. So we're gonna hit that top left right button, hit invoice. And on the bottom left, we have this new icon down here, and that's the Voice AI. It's going to ask a couple of questions. Sure. To help create your invoice, could you please provide the customer's name? Also, what services or products would you like to include on the invoice along with their prices? Sure. So the customer's name is John Smith, and he currently lives at 123 Homestead Avenue, Homestead, Florida 33033. His email is JohnSmith@Gmail.com, and his phone number is (305) 123-4567. I have John Smith as the customer with the address at 123 Olmsted Avenue, Olmsted, Florida 33033, and the email JohnSmith@Gmail.com. Would you like to add the phone number (305) 123-4567 to the customer details as well? Also, what services or products should I add to the invoice? Yes. Let's have the phone number, but that address is incorrect. The correct address is 123 Homestead Avenue, Homestead, Florida 33033. Thanks for the update. I've noted the correct address is 123 Homestead Avenue, Homestead, Florida 33033. I've also added the phone number (305) 123-4567. What services or products would you like to include on the invoice? So the first line item, I wanna add a blower motor of one third horsepower and 240 volts. And then the second line item, I wanna put, technician help at $0. The blower motor is going to cost $835.72. I've added the blower motor for $835.72. Would you like to add any other services or products to the invoice? So I want to add private notes. The private notes is the indoor unit is located in the attic, and so we need the technician help for that. And also that that customer has several pets, If we could please inform them before we arrive the next time to please secure those pets. Got it. I've added a note about the indoor unit location, technician help, and the request to inform the customer about securing pets before the next visit. Anything else you'd like to add or change? No. That's it. Perfect. Ready to save the invoice? Yep. Let's save it. Perfect. I've saved the invoice, and you're ready to send it. If you need anything else, just let me know. Alright, sir. So as you can see, we gave you the customer's name, some fake address, fake phone number. We put technician help. It added the materials for that specific job. The blower motor, it added the price. It added the private notes. So now all we gotta do is just schedule it, add any attachments, job tags, or anything like that. And we're pretty much all set. It took me five minutes, something I could do while multitasking, driving. I have my headphones on. So this whole time it's just listening to me in the headphones. It's all hands free. I didn't type one thing. I was moving my mouse just to show you guys. It's an amazing tool. Super nice. So there you have it. Thank you all so much. We're excited to release this in the near future. Thanks, HB. Voice AI is coming soon, so definitely be on the lookout. Alright. It's incredible to see it come to life. We hope you're excited too and can't wait for you all to be using it. I just wanted to take a minute. Thank you to all of our product managers. Everything you saw was built from customer feedback and is designed to make a real difference in how you run your business. As a reminder, most of these features are already live in your account today. So go start exploring them right after this presentation. We'll also be sending you a follow-up email, again, with today's recording so you can watch it again or look at the demos, dive deeper on those on your own time. Plus, there's something else exciting I do want to mention as we've been sitting down and chatting with you, learning about how you work and your experience, we are bringing you a complete platform refresh later this year, including a mobile app redesign. So expect smoother mobile workflows, simpler navigation, new ways to tailor the experience to how you work best. We can't wait to show you what we've been working on. And if you want to be the first to try this out and give us your feedback, you can sign up at the link that's being dropped into the chat right now. There are a limited number of spots available to to test this functionality, so just be sure to check it out if you're interested. Now that we've taken a look at how these products work, let's take a step back and talk about what this looks like in the real world. We have a few of our customers joining us today, and these pros have been testing these features, working closely with our product teams, and helping us shape what you just saw. They've been using these tools in their own businesses, implementing them day to day, and seeing firsthand how they make a difference. So without further ado, Chris, I'm gonna hand this over to you to introduce some of our super pros. Thanks, Rachel. As mentioned, many of the updates you saw today were built with help from our super pros. If you're not familiar with our super pro program, these pros get access to our super pros only Facebook group. They get super pros only swag, and they really work closely with our product teams, testing features early, sharing feedback and helping shape how tools are built before they're released. They partner directly with our product managers and give real world input to make sure that what we're building actually works in the field. If you're interested in getting more involved, we'll drop a link here in the chat where you can learn more about the SuperPro program and apply. And with that, Shana and Kyle Celso welcome. All right, thanks Chris. Hey everyone, my name is Shayna Potter. I'm one of the community managers for Housecall Pro and I help manage the SuperPro program. It's really an honor to be connected with some of the brightest, most skilled, and dedicated home service professionals in the trades. Our super pros raise the bar in the trades. I can literally sit here today because these guys are the ones who make me look good. So please welcome Kyle and Solso. Let's do some quick intros. Who are you guys anyways? My name is Kyle. I'm owner of AC Authority. I'm out of Port St. Lucie, Florida, South Florida, and I do HVAC home services. Hey, I'm Salsa, I'm owner of MultiMV Services. We started with electrical industry and now we're doing HVAC as well. I'm located in metro area, Virginia, Maryland and DC. And yeah, we're enjoying being part of Hawesville Pro. Awesome. Thank you both for being here. I know you're very busy and I'm really grateful for your time. Before we talk about any of these features, I just want to zoom out. Why do you invest your time into doing things like this? Going to office hours, doing product feedback sessions, coming on the release moment. Why do you why do you do stuff like this? What does it mean to be a super pro, and how does this affect you and your business? For me personally, one of the biggest parts of having a community like this is the sharing of knowledge and the bonding over challenges and different aspects of running a business. Super Pros and the pros general community has been a irreplaceable asset in somewhere to go to have resource, sometimes just events and have people help each other out and get through life as business owners. Awesome. And yeah, to me, I will say it's pretty much same, same feelings, but, I cannot, I feel like being part of, this community is super pro. It's been, not just being part of a group that we can, you know, to improve things, but we can get support when we need it. That that's the biggest thing for me, you know, get the support that I need and also being part of the, growing of, of, of, of the, the things that we use and, you know, we can make their life easier for us and of course for other profs that they're struggling, on their day to day. Yep. Definitely. There's a lot of support in the Housecall Pro community. And I wanna say that some of my best closest friends have come from the Housecall Pro Facebook group. And the theme of today is putting your feedback into action. So this is real feedback from real pros, really helping the product develop and get better. So let's get into the features. So remember that it's not the features that we love. It's the problem that it solves for our business. So Kyle, you first out of everything that was announced today, which update are you most excited to put to work in your business and what problem does it solve? So we got some new financing into Housecall Pro integrations and anything we can do to make things more affordable for our customers and get to the finish line when we're showing up at their house and providing a service is an invaluable asset. So it's gonna be an absolute game changer now to have an additional tool in our arsenal, something that is integrated, simple, accessible, flexible, multiple options and a brand name they're familiar with. This is gonna be one that when they hear it, they're gonna recognize it and it's gonna instantly make them more comfortable. Definitely. Klarna is something that I've seen even on Amazon. So when you say Klarna is an option, they're gonna be all about it. And have you seen pros in the Facebook group asking for more payment flexibility? I've been in the community since 2019, and other ways to help customers afford things is a frequent conversation. At least once a month, I see a post about it. And the constant challenges we have to make it simpler and more accessible is also on there as well too. So I know a lot of tube pros are gonna feel like they finally have a little bit more flexibility and another opportunity at making sure they can close when they go out. Definitely. Yep. It's so true. And there's more ways to pay that are gonna be coming soon, like PayPal, Venmo. So it's gonna be a big year. I'm excited for it. Celso, same question for you. What's going to help you operate more efficiently this year? For me, well, there's so many things that I love and I'm really excited. Team is doing a really great job improving things. But for me, this is a small change, but it's going to be really huge impact for me, which is the CSR answering AI on my website. I was in a situation where, you know, most of the time we don't have a time to be paying attention to the website. And, we, we got to the point that people were chatting, through the website and not be able to respond to them. We were losing business. So by having this tool integrated in there is going to be really awesome. We're going to be able to control the portion that we were left in a part, not be able to manage and get those customers to be on the schedule. Yeah, that's a game changer. Yeah, for sure. And having the chat on your website, you have to do that leaving that avenue open. Any avenue where a customer can contact you is so important. So having that automatic follow-up immediately is is so important. It's definitely gonna be a big year. We really couldn't do this without you guys. I just wanna shout out all of the pros in the Facebook community, all the super pros out there, and one quick huge thank you to all of the lady pros holding it down behind the scenes. Celso, Kyle, appreciate you guys being here. Thanks so much. Rachel, back to you. Thank you, Shana, Kyle, Kelso. We really appreciate you taking the time to join and share your experience with all of us and all of these pros that are live here today. We're so grateful for your feedback and insight. Really does help shape the products you're seeing today. So with that in mind, we did did write down some questions that are coming through. So thank you for chatting some of these in. I'm gonna get to a few of them now. Okay. So and actually, why don't I have Norneau, you join me maybe, and we can tag team this list. So our first question comes in. It is about call custom call reasons. The question is, can you delete call reasons? Rachel, no, the call reasons cannot be deleted, but you can archive them going forward. All right. And then what is an opportunity call? If you classify the call as an opportunity call, it means that those will be reflected in reporting as opportunity calls and will tie into your conversion metrics. Perfect. All right. We're gonna transition over to block list for chat. So block list for chat, does this impact voice or SMS? So block list for chat applies specifically to chat, but it does tie to voice. So if you have voice and chat and you block a number, then it will apply to both text messages and calls. All right. And then what is the difference between a blocking a number and marking do not service? So blocking will prevent future chat messages. Do not service indicates that the business shouldn't engage or schedule work with that contact, that it helps the teams avoid that accidental outreach. All right. A few questions came in around our Klarna product. How do I get paid with Klarna? Okay, once the invoice has been paid by your customer with Klarna and the job is marked as paid, Klarna will disperse the funds to you in full in two business days. Your customers get the flexibility to pay over time while you get paid in whole for the work that you've done. Very cool. All right. And then what's the difference between Klarna and Wisetac? What are those two differences there? Yeah, so Klarna's biggest strength really revolves around their paying for option, which lets your customers break down costs into four easy interest free payments. Whereas WiseTech is really better suited than Klarna on higher ticket sizes, such as major repairs like HVAC replacements or plumbing. Perfect. And then our last couple of questions here that we got around reviews, our reviews widget. So this one came from a pro. He's asking, can I put the reviews widget on my HCP site? Yeah, you absolutely can. This one's easy. All you have to do is reach out to your website rep and they'll add it to your HCP website. Perfect. Yeah. And you can also go in and grab the snippet of that code and also do it yourself if you really, really need to. But if you have an HCP website, your website rep can actually do it for you. So that's the difference there. One more on reviews, this process. This looks nice, but what are the other changes coming to reviews? Lots of changes are coming to reviews soon. So stay tuned for the ability to customize your review requests, to connect a review directly to a job or customer and to share a review to social media and also to receive reviews in person. Thanks, Chris. That wraps up our FAQs for today. I know there's a lot more questions, but we will get to them. We are looking at our chat today and we will be sharing more answers with you as we get them. Alright. As we wrap up here, we just wanna say thank you. Thank you for the feedback you share, the ideas you submit, and the time that it takes you to tell us what matters most. This release was a lot. We had a lot of really cool demos today, probably more than we've ever had in the past. So a great example of how this the feedback turns into real improvements, and it's only the beginning of what we plan for 2026. There's a lot more coming. We're continuing to focus on what makes Household Pro easier, smarter, and more powerful for businesses that rely on it every day. And if you're really excited about AI as much as we are, there's a whole lot more coming on the AI front. We'll be hosting an AI week within our community where you can learn how other pros are using AI tools both within Household Pro and beyond to improve how they run their businesses. And we'll be sharing more details in the future so you can get involved. Again, just really thank you, and you'll receive a follow-up email with today's recording links to explore these features further. And thanks so much for joining us, and keep the feedback coming. We are definitely listening. Thanks again. Have a great, wonderful rest of your day.
